Because our services involve the immediate deployment of professional expert time, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if you wish to cancel before we have begun the commission (typically within 24 hours of purchase and before we've made initial contact), please get in touch immediately and we will do our best to accommodate a refund. If you feel the deliverable doesn't meet the brief as understood at the time of engagement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review your concerns. Where warranted, we will revise the work at no additional charge. We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.
