Our Services

Our services are professional reports, assessments, and advisory documents produced by qualified construction experts. Depending on the package, deliverables may include a written feasibility report, cost estimation breakdown, architectural concept sketches, project planning timelines, or a combination of these. Each service listing clearly describes what you'll receive.

All services are delivered digitally via email. After you complete your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions. Our team will then reach out (usually within one business day) to gather any additional information needed for your specific project. The completed report or document is then delivered to your email inbox within the turnaround period specified on each service page.

Turnaround times vary by service and are clearly listed on each product page. In general, initial consultations and basic assessments are delivered within 3–5 business days, while comprehensive feasibility reports and cost estimations may take 5–10 business days. Complex bespoke commissions may take longer — this will be communicated at the time of engagement.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Our basket allows you to add multiple services and pay for them all in a single, secure transaction via Stripe. This is particularly useful for clients who require, for example, both a feasibility assessment and a cost estimation for the same project. Yes. Because our services are delivered digitally, we can support projects anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Our team is most familiar with the London and South East markets but regularly advises on projects throughout the UK. For projects in Scotland and Northern Ireland, we'll note any region-specific regulatory considerations in our reports.

Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment provider. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled entirely by Stripe on their PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.

Yes. Our payment process is handled entirely by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. All transactions are encrypted with TLS, and card details are never stored on our systems. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure hosted checkout page to complete your payment, and then returned to our site once complete.

Yes. Upon successful payment, Stripe will send an automatic payment receipt to the email address you provide at checkout. This serves as your purchase confirmation. If you require a formal VAT invoice for accounting purposes, please contact us at info@struxelconstructionltd.co.uk and we'll issue one promptly.

Refunds & Revisions

Because our services involve the immediate deployment of professional expert time, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if you wish to cancel before we have begun the commission (typically within 24 hours of purchase and before we've made initial contact), please get in touch immediately and we will do our best to accommodate a refund. Client satisfaction is our highest priority. If you feel the deliverable doesn't meet the brief as understood at the time of engagement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review your concerns. Where warranted, we will revise the work at no additional charge. We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.

Each service includes one round of revisions as standard, provided revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery and fall within the scope of the original brief. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
