Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Last updated: 1 November 2024

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Struxel Construction Ltd website and the purchase of our professional consultancy services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Struxel Construction Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office address is Unit 3a 34-35 Hatton Garden, Suite 6566, London, England, EC1N 8DX. You can contact us at info@struxelconstructionltd.co.uk or by telephone on +44 7449 702 068.

2. Our Services

We provide professional digital consultancy services in the field of construction and property development. These include, but are not limited to, expert consultations, project feasibility assessments, cost estimation packages, and architectural concept designs. All services are delivered digitally in the form of written reports, documents, or digital files sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Service descriptions, deliverables, and indicative turnaround times are set out on each individual service page on our website. These descriptions are provided in good faith and constitute a general outline; specific deliverable formats may vary depending on the nature of your project.

3. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the services selected. A contract between you and Struxel Construction Ltd is formed when we send you a purchase confirmation email following successful payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide at the time of ordering, including your email address. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery of services resulting from an incorrect email address.

4. Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, our team will contact you by email within one UK business day to initiate your project. The completed service will be delivered to your email address within the turnaround period specified for each service. Turnaround periods are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your specific project and the volume of current work. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate a delay.

6. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the services you have purchased, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your project when requested.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification from our team.
  • Use our deliverables only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable UK planning, building, and regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, designs, and materials produced by Struxel Construction Ltd in the course of delivering your purchased service are the intellectual property of Struxel Construction Ltd until full payment is received, at which point a non-exclusive licence to use them for the purposes of your stated project is granted to you. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our deliverables for any purpose other than the project for which they were commissioned without our prior written consent.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the intellectual property of Struxel Construction Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our professional consultancy services are advisory in nature. While we exercise reasonable skill and care in the preparation of all deliverables, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for your construction or development project. Our reports and assessments are based on the information provided to us and the conditions known at the time of engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. In summary, because our services involve the deployment of professional expert time, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase and before work has begun will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Contact
